I am using these for team building and professional development. I gave these to staff and students for the last day of school. It also prompts people to be on the alert to recognize what people are doing well and to take a moment to express their appreciation. This card with token was presented to each member of our team in appreciation for what they do and then they were urged to pay it forward with a small token of their appreciation to another team member (with a note, small gift, card, piece of candy, etc.) It was wonderful to watch the tokens being shared in our meeting with terms of appreciation for one another.
